Netflix and Spotify together for a new TV series

Two of the major streaming platforms meet each other. On the one hand, we have Netflix, as the producer, and on the other, we can find Spotify, as the subject. Netflix is producing a new TV series based on the Spotify foundation.

This series will be inspired by the book Spotify Untold, which tells how a small start-up has changed the music industry forever. One of the main themes of the script will be the musical streaming dominance battle between Daniel Ek, CEO of Spotify, and Apple, Amazon, and Google.

At the moment, not much else is known. The series setup will be very reminiscent of the movie “The Social Network.” Netflix has announced that the release date is planned for 2022.
