Alesso, 3 new ID from Ultra Taiwan’s set

In this weird 2020 that took away from us all the most important music festivals for well-known reasons, some exceptions offered fresh air to a few thousand fans in Taiwan. With a limited lineup, Ultra Taiwan proposed Alesso who is back live to make people dream again (live and online)
The Swedish DJ, unusually smiley, appears to be happy behind the console and immediately proposed many of his radio tracks such as Let Me Go and In The Middle, obviously in mash-up version. He then passes to BassHouse and finally, the dream starts with his famous evergreen successes such as Calling, Under Control, and many more.
News is not absent, though. Alesso‘s DJ set at Ultra Taiwan brings three new IDs, confirmed by himself during the interview post-performance. The songs were produced during this 2020, among the breaks of the many FIFA tournaments that Alesso nicely remembers for his losses.
The first ID, as a background to the voice by Roy English who sings Cool, seems to be a progressive-like track, strongly influenced by Afro-Jungle sounds and some melodic synth, but nothing similar to the old Alesso‘s sound. The second is characterized by an instrumental intro with clear tech house and acid influences. One of the modern tracks for Alesso with a spectacular vocal. From the lyrics, we believe that it might be titled “Somebody Like You” in the future. Finally, after Satisfaction in a Tech House key, Alesso ends his performances with his third and last ID. A track with a very energetic intro, with Afro and oriental synths, brings us back to Alesso’s classic underground style.
