The Dutch duo Vicetone, who produced and released the remix of “Astronomia” by Russian DJ/producer Tony Igy in 2014, has recently achieved 4 platinum records and 1 gold record.

You might recall Vicetone’s remix of “Astronomia.” It became famous for its association with the “Coffin Dance,” a dance known as Pallbearing, where a group of Ghanaian pallbearers, based in the coastal town of Prampram, dance while carrying a casket to the rhythm of this song. The video and the track went viral.

During the pandemic, the remix started gaining popularity, and TikTok users began using various clips, pairing them with the song. Now, Vicetone’s remix has received several certifications.
