Paavo Siljamäki from Above & Beyond Healing from Coronavirus

Paavo Siljamäki, one of the members of Above & Beyond, posted an Instagram Live Wednesday stating he has not tested positive for COVID-19, but he was diagnosed with Coronavirus by two doctors. Only those who are hospitalized in the U.K. have access to testing at this time. He is currently in self-isolation, in hopes of fighting off the virus. He experiences onsets of fever, on and off, and severe chest pain. He is using deep breathing techniques to clear out the lungs, as the lungs receive most damage when diagnosed with Coronavirus, yoga, and meditation.
